**All Temperament Tests are scheduled M-F between:
10:00 - 11:30 and 3:00 - 4:30 pm. A $10 fee is required and will be applied to your dog's first day of daycare/boarding**

Daycare dogs must be dropped off by 10am M-F.

Daycare Rates:

Single Visit	$25.00	½ Day $15.00 up to 5 hours
5 Visit Package	$120.00	$24.00 Per Visit
10 Visit Package	$230.00	$23.00 Per Visit
15 Visit Package	$330.00	$22.00 Per Visit
20 Visit Package	$400.00	$20.00 Per Visit (Best Value!!)

Package days do not need to be used consecutively and expire 6 months from purchase date. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because we don't know who you might know, we are offering an incentive to our clients for referrals. When your referral purchases their first 10, 15 or 20-day package, then you will receive one FREE day of play ($25.00 value). Please be sure they know to tell us YOU referred them!

Bed & Biscuit Rates (boarding)
All B&B Rates Include 13+ hours of Daycare:
$30.00 a night.

Drop Off Before 12pm: A $10.00 'early drop-off fee' will apply

Pick-up After 12 pm: $10, After 3:00pm a full day of Daycare will be charged

Holiday B&B: $35.00 for the holiday only, $30.00 any additional nights prior or after.

A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required to reserve all spots for sleepovers. The deposit will be applied to your final bill.
Should your plans change, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date (72 for holidays) and the $50 deposit will remain as a credit on your account for your next visit. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the arrival date (72 for holidays) will result in a lost deposit.

The Doggie Playhouse, LLC is closed M-F 12-2pm for Naptime!!

Helpful Hints for Overnight Care

The Doggie Playhouse tries to make your dog as comfortable as possible while in our care. Here are some helpful hints to follow:

We recommend that your dog arrive in the morning or early part of the day, your dog will benefit most from having a full day of play before staying overnight. The latest time for B&B drop off is M-F 6pm and Saturdays 2pm.
Please bring your own food and instructions on when to feed. You may bring items that need to be refrigerated. We will follow your dog's feeding schedule as closely as possible. We require that you package all food in individual zip type plastic bags, proportioned for each meal and marked with your dog's name.

Please have your items clearly marked with your dog's name.

You may bring their favorite bed or blanket. We also recommend something with your scent on it. Please do not bring toys or bowls. We do provide toys for the dogs in the daycare area. If you would like to bring something for them while they're in their sleeping area that's fine but remember they are unsupervised while in their sleeping areas. Please don't bring something they may shred or can swallow. Please know that we do try to return all of your items, but at times these items can be lost or destroyed.

NO SHOW/NO CALL POLICY...

Cancellations MUST be done at least 24 hours prior for Daycare Reservations
and 48 hours prior for Boarding reservations, 72 hours for holidays (if not you will lose your deposit).

The following No call/No show fee will apply
Daycare: $25.00 or the subtraction of a day from dog's current package
Boarding: Loss of $50 deposit.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm
    Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Sunday & Hoilday Hours for B&B Drop off and Pick-up; 7:30-10:30am & 4:30-6:30pm.
We are CLOSED for daycare on all major holidays, but we are still here 356 days a year for our 'Sleepover Guests'.

Packages must be prepaid and can be used at any time.  All prepaid packages expire 6 months from the purchase date. Daycare packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10% Discount for multi-dog families for sleepovers. (discount applies to 2nd dog).

Your newly adopted dog's first daycare visit is FREE.

Our selected 'Dog of the Month' gets a FREE day of play.

Dogs get a FREE nail trim with the purchase of any package (just let us know at the time of drop off).

Payment is due at the time of Pickup.

There are no refunds on packages and they are non-transferable.

Late Charges ~ $10.00 for up to 15 minutes after closing, after that, dog will be boarded for the evening and charged for a sleepover.

Reservations are required. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to reservation, 48 hours prior for sleepovers, 72 hours for holiday.
